With regards of HTC Wildfire having some issues with regards to its processor being slow, I can say that IT IS SLOW. You may check the full phone specs here: <click here for link>
I talked to an HTC technician and he said that HTC Wildfire is sometimes slow due to the apps that are on standby rather than closed. He also said that Wildfire is like a PC, the longer it is open without restarting, it would be slower; or when you have a lot of programs opened, the processor would start to slow down. So when using an app with HTC Wildfire and closed it (main menu), the app would be on standby. That\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s why when you would open the same app, it would still remain on the same page you left it. Therefore, this causes the phone to use more storage (like temporary files) which then makes the phone slower than usual.
There is an available application in the Google Play Market where you can kill the apps that are opened. Restarting the phone everyday is also encouraged to restart all of the programs.
