About Me:
I source my phones either from officemates, friends or acquaintances so thats why all the units Ive sold so far are of excellent quality and are generally well taken cared of. I rarely buy items online for resale (the only exception is if the price is really good but my final decision largely rests on the overall quality and condition of the phone being sold) since most of these wouldve changed numerous hands already and its hard to vouch for their quality and condition.
RFS: I am doing this as a sideline, I have a regular 9-5 job and so I sell phones for profit.
Negotiating the Price:
If you are thinking of asking for a P500 discount I will consider it but not automatically grant it
If you are thinking of asking for a P1,000 discount I will likely decline but wont get offended or take it against you
If you are thinking of asking for more than a P1,000 discount then dont bother that is being disrespectful already
Tips on Buying Used Phones:
- Do your research, know how much is the cheapest price for a brand new phone is on widgetcity or kimstore so that you wont have to pay more than what the prevailing prices are. Electronic items like phones have high depreciation in terms of price.
- Factory unlocked phones command higher prices than those locked to local service providers.
- Double check unlocked claims particularly on iPhones, some iPhones are unlocked using SIM interposers like Gevey, XSim and Heicard, so technically they are not true factory unlocked phones.
- Always check the serial number and IMEI number on www.sndeep.info so that you are 100% sure that the phone you are buying is not a fake, was reported lost or worse was stolen. You can also use this site to verify whatever claims the seller makes (i.e., age of the phone, where the phone was made, etc.)
- Check for warranty claim stickers on the inside of the phone or even signs of such stickers being removed, these are signs that the phone you are buying has been repaired or reconditioned already.
- Always test the items before paying and if your intuition tells you that there is something wrong with the phone dont buy it.
