Bought a blackberry 9360 from this guy since he said on his post that it was "GOOD AS NEW" with some pictures that was really pleasing and showed no scratches.
Here's his post that he deleted (with pictures of his unit)
On our phone conversation he also said that his unit has "no scratches" at all when we met at KFC(MRT AYALA) last night January 10, 2013 he showed me his unit I inspected it and has some scratches and dents since it was dark in KFC I didn't notice the other scratches and when I got home we noticed a crack on the keyboard and some more dents on the top part
Since we're both from the same place in Sanpedro, Laguna in pacita I trusted him and gave him the benefit of the doubt I had really no issue with the dents but when I saw the crack and the trackpad was loose I decided to text him immediately and ask for a refund and I even offered him that I will be the one to go to his office in "PBCOM" Tower Makati
Text conversation with time
Here's the actual picture of the unit picture taken with my canon 650d with macro lens

Sir I'm very disappointed in you I didn't even get a sincere apology I even have a record of our phone conversation that you said that the unit has no scratches you didn't even mention the crack on your phone and that you just bought it last december from another TCP member
I already contacted DTI for any advice on how to deal with this kind of situation and I also asked them if I could take any legal action for our transaction, another option is that I can file a complaint to your HR since I know that you work in PBCOM, Its not that hard to find someone specially if you have all the information you need. Im still open for negotiations but I'm not expecting to get my money back I know that you need it badly I hope our hard earned money helps you we don't need it and I know that its hard for you to get that kind of money from your salary based from your behaviour last night
I hope this also serves as a reminder to other TCP member
*Always record your phone conversation like I did just let the person know that your recording the call just incase you need to take legal action
*Inspect the unit thoroughly and ask for a warranty
*Always check for feedbacks
*Don't be fooled by fake pictures
*Know the name of the buyer ask for some ID if necessary specially if the user has low positive feedback
*Always know your rights
*Ask more questions about the unit
Hope this doesn't happen to another TCP/TPC member I also would want to point out that I know that I'm buying a second hand unit the only issue is he should've said the truth and told me that the unit has a crack on the keyboard we're both from the same place I trusted you but unfortunately your just another bogus/talkshit seller here in TCP you're a disgrace to this website I didn't know that your standards for a "Good as new" unit was so low I hope we don't meet again and I hope you set your standards up so you can cope up with people like us :)
I feel sorry for you sir nevertheless thank you for the transaction even though you lied and your post was lacking of information about your unit. With that kind of attitude I hope your girlfriend doesn't leave you I hope she sees this and gets something out from it and please change thank you hope you enjoy your year :D
