    here's the story then judge me.. i dont even give a damn
    yes, it was clear on the post that it's not working with globe ONLY. at first i was hesitant to buy the item since i'm a globe plan subscriber. they said it can be fixed with firmware downgrade or reflash sa nokia since it's still under warranty.sasagutin ko na nga ung pagpapaayos eh kc mga 500 lang daw un. before that, ung 02 zinc ung kinuha ko kc di ko rin magagamit ung n82. then that same day binalik ko rin ung 02 and decided to get the n82. nung nandun ako, nasabi nung ramil (tcp member din) na kung gusto ko daw mapagana sa globe, kaya daw nya palitan ung imei but it will take 3-4 weeks.dun pa lang nagduda na ko. pero nahiya naman akong isoli. the following day, i called globe and ask if they could check the imei kung blacklisted, sabi hindi nmn daw.so i texted him gusto ko na isoli pero ayaw nya pumayag. okay fine. nagtanong ako sa n82 thread (agzorig,kiroro26 and others were helpful) kung ano problem they said much better kung dalhin ko na lang sa nokia tinanong ko pa sya kung hanngang kelan warranty sabi nya december. then he called me that time i was chatting and told me i should go to him para mapagusapan namin (ang ano?) red flag na po un di ba? then i called ntc and said i should bring to nokia so i did. then, the next day, i brought it at sm north nokia..they examined it for more than 30 minutes and i felt i was like a criminal, they asked for receipt which i cant provide sabi ko kc 3rd hand na un sakin. i left the phone there. i actually posted it as item for sale on this site that day. i got it the next day and told me to call ntc na lang daw. there's no problem with the software. so i called and that was friday morning. i kept calling them the afternoon but no one answered. dami rin naginquire sa unit and i stated clearly the status of the phone including the globe, nokia and ntc thing. meron pa nga direct swap lang sa unit nila since smart/sun users sila. come monday morning, i called ntc again, and learned that the fon is blacklisted (he said shipment or close to smuggle) and much better if i return the item asap as it will be blocked eventually to all networks. i told them ayaw na nung seller since 2nd hand lang din sa kanila.sabi ipablotter ko pa nga kung ayaw.masyado nang maraming kumplikasyon pa un. prior to calling ntc, i was supposed to swap the unit to agzorig but cancelled it and called him what i've learned. then i deleted the post. i texted the seller and inform him what happened. he wants me to go to him so we can talk, after lunch. i was so exhausted the whole week i just came from work, so i fell asleep. nakapunta na ko hapon sa office but he's out of a meeting. i just texted him. i just wanted the phone returned and get my money back. niloko rin nya kahit pano. kc 5 months na sa kanya ung fon, say wala syang time maglakad o ipaayos. confirmed na sa friend nyang taga nokia na hindi gagana sa globe (dati pa un), so right there and then, alam na nya ang problem.misleading ang ginawa nya sakin na maaayos pa un. and to add, pinatext nya ko dun sa friend nya nung nasa nokia na ako, then what? just advised me to present id and all and claim that the receipt was lost?? isn't that unfair. i just bought the item. and then they're telling me that i need to face the risk of buying a second hand unit. the point is, sa globe lang sya di gumagana, but what after a month, the phone will be useless. and then kasalanan ko pa daw at kung saan saan ko pinatingnan ung fon at after a week saka ko isosoli? my god wala pang 24 hours sakin ung fon isinosoli ko na ayaw lang nya at sa nokia ko lang un dinala. so it's my fault calling ntc pa. tama sya, nasa box lang un for 5 long months kasi di nya gnagamit kc once the gamitin nya, after a month the phone will be blocked eventually kc kahit ndi ko itawag sa ntc, automatic mattrace nila kung active ung phone then block it. so what was my fault? gusto nya pa ako gumastos sa pagpapalit ng imei..mapagkamalan pa kong magnanakaw so i didn't take the risk. ask ericmen27 sabi nya palitan na talaga ng ime un ask ko pa nga sya kung magkano di na sya nagreply. and isa pa, he mentioned na andami interested sa unit di ko pa daw tinanggap. sabi ko they're curious to know the final say of ntc then saka nila bibilhin. and hesitant din akong irelease ung fon kc baka ako ang balikan ng buyer. so i had to confirm first with ntc. that's it. i just want to get over with this and walk away. they both deserve the negative feedback.

    note: the item was posted under reby24, so it's just right that i left the feedback there. i dont know the account of this man so i left it there. actually, there was no effort at all kung may sinasabi kang effort na ginawa nung reby, that was nothing cmpared to what i did. anong effort ang snsabi mo..na lumuwas pa sya para dalhin ung charger at 1gb sd?? my goodness installment ko nga nakuha ung accessories which is actually kasama sa binayaran ko. i paid cash. now gusto mo ako ang magpaayos ng unit mong nakaw and at long last, wla ka nang iisipin pa! that was misleading!

    i'm not a seller, im more of a buyer. and i pay good so i dont deserve this. and ngaun ung reby saying nakabili ako ng 02 zinc in a sarcastic tone..what the hell does she care.

    kung sa korte, kahit may witness ka kung walang receipt it's no sense. nasan ang credibility mo? kahit bali baliktarin ko ung box, walang receipt dun! ang hirap senyo puro kayo salita kulang sa gawa.
    at nasan ung mocha frappe?

    sino satin ang walang kwentang ka deal

    and what's with my eBay account? care mo kung nagpopost ako dun, mga sariling gamit ko ung pinopost ko dun. tell me kung nabili mo na ung site then i'd be glad to delete my account. who knows, this time makapagpakita ka ng receipt. :)
    and remember, kaya pala nung una pa lang takot na kong pumunta sa inyo, ganito pala mangyayari.. i never expected this.
    akala ko ba handa kang tanggapin ung kung ano man gagawin ko.

    aw cmon!kung naibigay mo sakin ung receipt ndi na tayo aabot sa ganito ndi ung marami ka pang sinasabing witness..and dont you dare me dalhin ung item mong super ganda at sunugin ang pera ko dahil in the 1st place,ayaw mo na ibalik noon pa man.i pity you,puro ka dakdak.say what pleases you.mas lalong ndi ako tanga na bumalik pa jan.meet at trinoma at si reby ang gusto ko.magbalikan na tayo ng pera at unit.that's my deal.i dont wanna see ur face ever!

    sino satin ang di makaintindi huh!!sa globe nga lng di gumagana,oo!ke itinawag ko ke hindi sa ntc,pagkatapos ng 1 month kong ginamit nawalan na signal ng di ko alam??bakit,kc blacklisted nga!!nakareklamo na pala sa ntc unit nyo binenta nyo pa!
