we agreed to close the deal for my SE W910i i thought we would have a smooth transaction but monday came (Sept 1) he keeps on telling that the money is deposited already but nothing is reflected to my account. He is so vague that he said her secretary left the for deposit to the bank because its offline then says after awhile that her secretary has deposited it and is on her way home. Time passed I even checked it to the branch and nothing is really there then he said he'll just wait for her secretary (this was his last text 3:24pm) then I waited and texted at past 5pm that he has only two choices, it is to deposit the 10k amount to my gcash or cancel the transaction... no reply at all... I texted again at past 6pm and nothing again and now 7pm I cancelled the deal! I also notice that he didn't gave an address with a house number and said that its not yet available in their place... Then he bugs me for his tracking number and even says that I am a scammer.

Well I can only say that you are an unprofessional person. Considering that we both agreed but maybe you thought that I'd send the package even without confirming the payment, well excuse me I am not stupid and if you'll spread the word that I did scammed you I'll give you a copy of my bank statement and you'd see that there is no 8,000 deposited in my BPI account. That's BPI, it has a good name of a bank and I won't ruin my name just to get your money because I have lots of it!

And oh by the way fellow members this is not his number given to me. not the one above... it is 0908-3062061.

Even if I don't have any feedback here I have lots in my multiply and ebay account. I only use BPI bank transfer for big amount of money involved and assurance is there.
