The deal was last Saturday April 21 around 4pm where we agree to meet in Alphaland Magallnes MRT station at 1 to 1:30 hrs. (His user ID is lovemeloveme and he told me his name is ALEX I arrived at 5:30pm and he arrived 6:30pm. I didnt get pissed as I was with my family and we just did a window shopping until he arrived. My Item is Xperia x10 mini pro + 800 pesos (2mos used with 10 mos shop warranty complete and no issues or defect whatsoever) to his Item which is HTC Wildifire S Tmobile (unit, cable and charger only with a lot of scratches,
he emailed me the pic but is was so blurry that you will not notice where the scratches are and he said there were only 2 minimal scratches).
I tested a bit and trusted him as he has 2 positive feedback from a premium member.
Given the fact that everything went well for the testing even though the unit has a lot of noticable scratches.. my wife was so happy to have a larger screen android phone.
After 3 days, my wife lost her signal all of a sudden and she tried to restart the phone but it booted up with a sim card error warning.. I tried to re-insert the sim and it worked. However, the issue came back the next day.. it happened again, I reformated the phone and didnt install anything from android market.. the issue came back the next day.. I decided to text him and hoping to get my item back..
He agreed to re-swap my xperia x10 mini pro
Now he wants me to change the firmare of the cellphone to 2.3.6 because its a stable firmware as per his HTC expert friends and the current 2.3.5 firmware of the phone is not stable,.. however, it is a tmobile phone and i checked the internet and there is no firmware of that kind.
now he wants me to root my phone which has a possibility of me getting the phone brick. I am not sure if this is his strategy to get away if I brick the phone.

I tried to search his email address on facebook ([email protected] i removed the @yahoo.com) and it got me to some alexander enriquez which i am not sure if that is his boyfriend or something..
Now why would anyone use someone else's email address????
I tried searching for his cellphone number and it got me 2dmax tipidcp username and my item was already posted there !!!!! Now why would anyone post that item on a different USERNAME??!!!!
Sorry for the long post but I feel that it is my responsibility to let TCP know that there are people like these who will do everything for money..
